Shipping policy

We currently ship across India, with Shiprocket and their courier partners.

Processing and delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 4-7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders of Rs. 1,499 and above. Orders below Rs. 1,499 are charged a flat Rs. 99.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delays and delivery problems

Couriers are occasionally delayed by weather, local restrictions or address issues. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, message us on WhatsApp at +91 98735 45315 and we will chase it for you.

Please check that your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

International orders

We do not ship outside India at this time.
